Customs Duty & Import Fees

Prices shown do not include your country's import taxes or duties — these are the buyer's responsibility.

For example, on a £50 order you may be charged your local VAT/sales tax, import duty (typically 3–5%), and a handling fee from your local courier.

We can't calculate these in advance — every country has different rates, and they change often — so please check what applies in your country before ordering.

Non-payment or non-collection: if customs charges aren't paid, or the parcel isn't collected from the courier depot, it will be returned or destroyed and no refund will be given.
