The market has been flooded with cheap clones which buyers are now starting to experience a range of issues from intermittent starting to ECU malfunctions and error codes. This is predominantly due to the poor soldering at the factories which over time results in cracked joints invisible to the eye and AMTEL EEEPROM clones which do not meet the original manufacturers standards.

VAG to year 2004 use 3 immobiliser types named IMMO1, IMMO2 and IMMO3. Our module can emulate IMMO1 and IMMO2 only.
